Booking Policy
- Full payment required within 48 hours of booking confirmation
- Your tickets, passes and everything will be shared within 2-3 hours of payment
Cancellation Policy
- 50% refund if cancelled 24 hours before event
- 80% refund if cancelled 6 days before event
- Full refund guaranteed for cancellations made at least 7 days before the event
